Solution
Build Your MVP in 6 Weeks
Validate your idea with a working product — not a prototype, not a mockup.
MVP development for founders who need to validate market fit fast. I build the minimum feature set that proves your core thesis, get it in front of real users, and help you decide what to build next.
The problem
What I address
- Feature bloat before launch — building too much before you know what users actually want
- Scope creep killing timelines and burning runway before a single user signs up
- Technical debt from rushed code that's impossible to scale after traction
- No clear launch criteria — unclear what 'done' means before you start
Output
What you get
- 1A working, deployed product — not a figma file or a staging demo
- 2Core user flows only: onboarding, primary action, and feedback loop
- 3Auth, database, and basic analytics from day one
- 4Source code with clear documentation for the next hire or iteration
- 5A prioritized backlog of what to build in v2 based on what shipped
How it works
The process
Week 1: Scope & Architecture
We define the exact 3-5 user flows that constitute the MVP. I design the data model, select the tech stack, and map out the deployment architecture.
Weeks 2–4: Core Build
Build in vertical slices — each week you can see and test a working feature. Auth, core feature, and the feedback mechanism ship in this phase.
Week 5: Hardening
Error handling, edge cases, mobile responsiveness, and basic observability. The product should survive its first 100 real users.
Week 6: Launch
Deploy to production, submit to App Store if mobile, set up analytics, and hand over the codebase with a runbook.

FAQ
Common questions
What's the difference between an MVP and a prototype?+
A prototype is a clickable mockup for demonstrating a concept. An MVP is a real, working product that actual users can sign up for, use, and give feedback on. I build MVPs, not prototypes.
Can you build an MVP for both web and mobile?+
Yes. I typically recommend starting with one platform — usually web — to reduce scope and get to market faster. If your core use case requires mobile from day one, I can scope that instead.
What happens after the MVP launches?+
I hand over the codebase with documentation and a prioritized backlog. We can continue with a monthly retainer for iteration, or you can take it fully in-house.
Do you work on equity?+
I work on a fee basis. I'm selective about what I build and I want every engagement to be commercially sound for both sides.
